We recently employed the services of Riaan from Viko Designs. As one of Africa’s largest importers and distributors of mosaic tiles, we have a retailer base of over 550 clients across Southern Africa.
We employed Riaan to work on our e-commerce strategy and to build the necessary programmes into our existing software and web applications. Unlike many other consultants, Riaan was able to quickly identify our needs and develop a cost-effective plan to allow our client base to engage with us in a more relevant and meaningful way.

- Develop smart response mechanisms when clients made requests on us; and

We hope to engage with Riaan in the near future to take us to the next level when it comes to social media strategies, including Pinterest; Facebook; Twitter etc. and tie this into our marketing efforts.
