Upon the launch of our new look e-commerce website I would like to use this opportunity to endorse and recommend the work of Riaan Coertzen of Viko Designs.
We are a dental supply company with over 2500 SKU’s that required splitting across multiple categories and sub-categories making this a particularly challenging project.
Before meeting Riaan I had spoken with two other potential service providers who focused more on the obstacles than the solutions. Within ten minutes of discussing the project with Riaan I decided to make use of his services. Riaan has a unique ability in my opinion to listen carefully, internalise and intuitively understand the desired outcome.
We encountered many obstacles and challenges along the way in terms of my complex, and at times changing, requirements and on each of these occasions Riaan applied himself positively and with absolute patience to finding the solution.
From the beginning Riaan came across more as a member of my team than as a service provider and was even involved in the redesign of our new logo. He took ownership of the project and continuously applied initiative in coming up with value adding functionality and general look and feel. I have decided to keep him involved as we embark on the ever evolving e-commerce journey.
I am proud to say that we have a website with design and functionality that places us ahead of the pack in the sphere of dental distribution – Riaan has really helped us to raise the bar.
